Quad started doing Sitework in 1999 - Our satisfied clientele quickly
expanded into more and more work. Realizing there was a demand for quality
site work to be done in a timely fashion, we expanded our services to
include commercial site work. As we grew we continued to add employees
and equipment to handle our expanding business. We began doing more
and more commercial work.
Today, about 60%
of our work is for residential clients and the remaining 40% is in the
commercial field. We currently have about a dozen employees. Which means
we're big enough to handle any residential work, but small enough to
pay attention to details. Some competitors are so large, and have so
many employees, that they lose touch with individual clients. On the
flip side a small contractor, can get in over their head if they don't
have sufficient equipment. And they're likely to get backed up in the
summer months with only a few workers on the team.
